Here are the 2012 AGM details.

The venue for this year’s meeting, The Bowling Green Pub, Friary Road, Lichfield, WS13 6QJ, is organised by Ian Hughes.

Refreshments will be available on the evening.

The minutes of the 2011 AGM are attached to the email and it is important that you print a copy of them and bring it along to the meeting as no copies will be provided on the night. The agenda is there to give the meeting a structured order.

The 2011 AGM minutes will be reviewed at the start of the meeting.  

a.     If you wish to nominate a captain for next season, please use the form provided and make sure that the person you are nominating wishes to do the task.

b.     Any application for a position within the club requires the person to cross the box against the post in question. If unopposed, the person will be proposed and seconded. If more there is more than one interested party for any position, a democratic vote will take place.

Our AGM is a wonderful opportunity to remind us of and review the previous twelve months so please make the effort and attend.
