Dear Nomads,

Please take notice of the vote for captaincy item on the agenda for the AGM this year. The nomination form is enclosed.
Those members of the club not on e-mail will receive this notification at the annual dinner; with the exception of committee members present at the pre dinner get together on the 15^th October 2003. This year’s notification will be e-mailed on 12^th October 2003
Enclosed are the minutes from the 2002 AGM.
The voting forms for nomad of the year are required to be completed and handed to the Chairman at the annual dinner.
 

Also enclosed are the indication forms for those nomads who wish hold office next year.
Finally, a curry will be held at a later date, the venue unknown.
