ANNUAL DINNER & AWARDS – THE PARK GATE INN, PARK GATE ROAD, GENTLESHAW.

Dear Nomad

As the season has drawn to a close it is time to finalise things as to our annual end of season meal and awards ceremony. This year it is to be held on Saturday 18 October 2003 at The Park Gate Inn, Gentleshaw (the same venue as last year).

The fun starts at 7:30 pm for a pre-meal drink, followed by a hugely enjoyable meal at 8:00 pm.

Please have a browse through the menu attached and make your selection. If any one would like more details or would prefer their own meal request please give me a call and I will endeavour to organise this for you.

If you could return the attached slip to me, indicating how many seats you require and your choices for starter,  main course and sweet, by no later than Saturday 11^th October 2003 I would be very grateful. If you can’t make it on that evening then I am sure that the rest of the club would want me to thank you for your support and that we hope to see you for future social events. Please look out for the photographs that hopefully will show that we celebrated in style.
