Nomad of the Year. (Voted by the members)

There were good batting performances from the usual suspects of Gardner (607 runs @ 37.9) and Pinfield (307 runs @ 19.2). Caygill played more consistently and benefitted from extra time at the crease with 267 runs @ 29.67 including a personal best 85* and Moss scored 204 runs in just 7 innings, including a 60 at an average of over 40.
The all-rounders were well represented with Heslington scoring 292 runs @29.2 and taking 18 wickets. Fearon scored 161 @ 26.8 and took 11 wickets in 9 matches. Forster averaged 84, having been dismissed only once all season and took 11 wickets despite an injury affected season.
Of the specialist bowlers Hoddy (20 wkts @ 19.9 including a club record 7-4 against Revesby) and Greaves (15 @ 18.73) stood out but Pete Blackburn's 14 wickets and Ian Hughes 13 wickets were also satisfying returns. Worth mentioning Ted's contribution in organising the Lincolnshire tour and contributions with bat, ball and gloves and Pete Blackburn's successful captaincy.

The winner was John Hoddy

Fielder of the Year. (Chosen by the committee)
Graeme Blackburn won the Fielder of the Year.
Some good candidates this year. Gardner (13 catches and 5 stumpings) and Osborn (3 catches and 4 stumpings) both kept well. Moss as ever was lively in the field. Caygill benefited from playing more games and was always alert. Hussein and Pinfield both took 6 catches. The biggest improvement was probably by the Blackburns. Pete took 5 catches and Graeme took 2 catches at Sutton on the Hill. Graeme's overall fielding and throwing has improved tremendously this season and he was rewarded with the Fielder of the year trophy.
Gonad of the year.
Pete Blackburn won the Gonad of the Year.

Game of the Season.
Hard to call this one. There were battling draws away at Harborne and Sutton on the Hill. There were big wins against Beau and Woore (where the beer match returned!). But the season will probably be best remembered for the two hard fought victories on the Lincolnshire tour against Revesby and Friskney.
