Cannock Wood finale rained off
The final scheduled game of the season against Cannock Wood was
cancelled due to overnight / early morning rain. This left the final
statistics for the season as follows: Played 18, Won 10, Lost 6 and
Drawn 2. 6 games were cancelled. Congratulations to all the players and
skipper Pete Blackburn on a successful season. There must have been
relief for the many players on 2 ducks as it meant they would not be at
risk from picking up the Gonad trophy.
Graeme Blackburn was the only player to score three ducks.

Keith 'Razzaq' Greaves smashes 10th wicket
record
The Nomads ran out winners against D2 C.C., otherwise known as Sutton
Police, thanks to an awesome batting performance from number 11 Keith
Greaves.

dayer against England at Trent Bridge on Friday. Greaves single handedly turned a good
total into an impressive one, scoring 38 in an unbeaten partnership of 66 for the last wicket with Steve
George. Greaves smashed 20 off the last over, including two sixes and picked
up the MVP award. Click here for
